This policy applies to orders placed on odorizanteprofesionale.ro with CLINICA DE CURĂȚENIE S.R.L. (brand Odorizante Profesionale). It complements the Terms and conditions.
1. Cancellation before dispatch
If the order has not yet been handed to the courier, you may request cancellation at contact@odorizanteprofesionale.ro or 0766 440 906, stating the order number. If you paid in advance, we refund the amounts received via the same channel, within legal deadlines.
2. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Consumers (natural persons) benefit, under GEO 34/2014, from a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the distance contract, without giving a reason. The period runs from the date on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the products.
3. How to return
- Notify us in writing (e-mail) of your intention to withdraw, with the order number and products concerned — before or at the latest together with the return.
- Send the product, at your expense (unless the law provides otherwise), to the return address below, in packaging suitable for transport.
- The product must be returned in reasonably merchantable condition: undamaged, complete (accessories, documents), where possible in the original packaging.
- After receipt and inspection, we refund the value of the products (and, where applicable, the cost of standard delivery on the original order) within at most 14 days of being informed of the withdrawal, and may defer the refund until we receive the goods or until you provide proof of having sent them.
4. Conditions regarding product condition
You may examine the product as you would in a physical store. Any diminution in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for examination may be deducted from the refund, in accordance with the law.
5. Exceptions (including hygiene / seals)
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other cases, in the situations provided by GEO 34/2014, including for:
- sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery — for example opened fragrance cartridges / refills or consumables you have put into use;
- products made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
- services already fully performed, with the Customer’s prior agreement, under the conditions of the law.
Unsealed / unused diffusers remain, in principle, eligible for withdrawal if returned in accordance with the conditions above.
6. Return costs and refunds
- The cost of return shipping is, as a rule, borne by the Customer, except in cases of non-conformity or our error.
- Refunds are made via the same means of payment used for the purchase, unless we agree otherwise.
- We do not refund express delivery costs / additional options you chose beyond standard delivery.

8. Non-conformities and warranty
For defective or non-conforming products on delivery, contact us immediately with photos and the order number. We remedy by repair, replacement or refund, in accordance with legal rights regarding the conformity warranty. The manufacturer’s commercial warranty, if any, applies in addition to, not instead of, legal rights.
9. B2B customers
For legal entities, the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for consumers does not apply under the same regime. Return / exchange conditions may be set in the quote or contract. Contact us for clarification on volume.
