Terms and conditions

By accessing the site, submitting a quote request or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, together with the Privacy policy. If you disagree, please do not use the store for orders or commercial requests.

1. Definitions

• Site — the domain odorizanteprofesionale.ro and its public subdomains;
• Customer — a natural or legal person who browses, requests a quote or places an Order;
• Order — a purchase request submitted via the cart (when checkout is enabled);
• Quote request — the B2B form through which you request a tailored commercial proposal;
• Products — aroma diffusers, cartridges/refills, consumables, bundles and accessories in the catalogue;
• Subscription — recurring deliveries of refills or consumables, according to the chosen interval.

2. Scope of the store

Odorizante Profesionale sells equipment and consumables for scent marketing / professional fragrance diffusion (cold-air microdiffusion), intended for commercial spaces, HoReCa, offices and professional or home use, as specified on the product pages. Besides online sales, we provide volume consulting and tailored quotes for B2B customers.

3. Catalogue, prices and stock

• Prices, when displayed, are in lei (RON). You may toggle VAT-inclusive / exclusive view where that option is available.
• Some products may show “Price on request” — the offer is communicated after enquiry, depending on volume and context.
• Stock is shown in good faith. In exceptional situations (stockouts, supply delays) we contact you for an alternative, postponement or cancellation, without additional unagreed costs.
• Images and descriptions are informative; there may be minor differences in packaging, LED colour or finish compared with the delivered batch.
• Coverage in m³ / m² is indicative — real performance depends on volume, ventilation, traffic and fragrance type.

4. Account, orders and quote requests

1. Online orders (when enabled) may be placed as a guest or from an authenticated account.
2. By submitting the order you confirm the accuracy of billing and delivery details. Stock is reserved when the order is placed, not when items are added to the cart.
3. Quote requests are not an Order; the contract is concluded after acceptance of the offer communicated by the Seller.
4. We reserve the right to request clarifications or to refuse incomplete orders, suspected fraud, or orders that cannot be fulfilled for objective reasons.

The registration confirmation (e-mail) does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the Contract. The contract is deemed concluded when we confirm the order and/or put it into delivery, or when you accept a B2B offer in writing.

5. Payments and invoicing

• Bank transfer / payment order — based on the proforma invoice or the details provided; processing starts after payment confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.
• Cash on delivery — payment on delivery, in lei, to the courier, when this option is available.
• Card payments, if enabled, are processed by an authorised processor; we do not store full card details on our servers.

For legal entities, the tax invoice is issued based on the company details provided (name, CUI, Trade Register, address). Responsibility for the accuracy of the data rests with the Customer.

6. Delivery

We deliver within Romania via courier. Deadlines, costs, the free-shipping threshold and handover conditions are detailed in the Shipping policy.

7. Subscriptions

Subscriptions for refills or consumables generate recurring orders according to the chosen interval. You may pause or cancel from your account, subject to orders already issued or in processing. Subscription discounts, if displayed, apply only to eligible subscription lines.

8. Use and safety

Diffusers and refills must be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions (placement, power supply, cartridge type, maintenance). The Seller is not liable for improper use, unauthorised fragrance mixtures, unauthorised technical interventions or failure to observe environmental conditions in the Customer’s premises.

9. Returns and cancellation

The right of withdrawal, cancellation before dispatch and exceptions (including unsealed hygiene products) are described in the Returns policy.

10. Customer obligations

• provide accurate and complete data;
• do not use the Site for illegal purposes and do not attempt to compromise its security;
• do not redistribute or commercially exploit Site content without written consent.

11. Intellectual property

Texts, design, photographs and Site structure belong to the Seller or its licensors. Manufacturer trademarks (e.g. Nova Profesyonel, Carpex) belong to the rights holders. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

12. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information accuracy, but we do not guarantee the absence of typographical errors or technical interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller’s liability for damages is limited to the value of the products in the affected order. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or interruption of the Customer’s business.

13. Force majeure and maintenance

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure or maintenance work on the Site or by partners (courier, hosting, payments).

14. Personal data

Data processing is described in the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.

15. Disputes

We prefer amicable resolution. Consumers may also contact ANPC or SAL. Disputes not resolved amicably are settled by the competent Romanian courts, under applicable law.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version published on the Site, with the date in the header, is the applicable one. For contracts already concluded, the conditions accepted on the order / offer date remain applicable, unless the law provides otherwise.
